Client – Support Plan and Viewdata

From 2005 to 2010 I worked with Support Plan who are an Apple specialist IT service company. They work mostly in the creative sectors providing Mac IT Support to London Design teams, Publishers, Video companies, Motion graphics, etc..

I also worked for Viewdata in 2006/7. Again, this company provide Mac based support services to creative companies in London but they also asked me to support one of their clients in Southampton.

For both companies I was a Senior IT Support Engineer and often tasked with tackling complex situation such as server migrations and server support, network support, colour calibration, font management etc..

Viewdata and Support Plan would often just drop me into a client to go and figure something out and it was a lot of fun. I was expected to just pick things up on the spot and get things working and I very much enjoyed taking these calls.
