WMH&I is the amalgamation of Williams Murray Hamm and Identica. Based in Clerkenwell in London, EC1 and not far from Clerkenwell Green and Farringdon.

Both companies are part of Writtle Holdings and in 2020 they were brought together to form WMH&I.

I have work for Williams Murray Hamm for a little over 10 years. As usual, I was hired because of my focus of Apple systems and Creative Teams.

Since 2012 I have been the sole provider of IT support and management to the company.

Examples of projects:

  • Upgrade of Drobo RAID to MacMini’s with Promise RAID.
  • Migration of Kerio Mailserver to Microsoft Office 365.
  • Migration of Office 365 to Google Workspace.
  • Merging of Williams Murray Hamm and Identica Google Workspace and Office 365 tenants.
  • Flood! In 2014 the WMH office was flooded. During this time I took total ownership of anything IT and phone related. Dealt with all the contractors, suppliers, internet providers, etc..
    • Overnight move of IT to Writtle HQ near London Bridge.
    • A few weeks later another office move to Workspace Offices in Clerkenwell Green.
    • Due to end of lease we had to office move again to Workspace Offices in Exmouth Market.
    • Heavily involved in the fit out of the original office.
      • Worked with fit out company to setup new comms room with cabinet, power, AC, new power for the office, Cat6, etc.. Meeting rooms.
    • Final office move back to new fitted out office.
  • Setup of LucidLink service.
  • Migration of locally hosted server NAS (Synology) to Google Drive.
